The Fonthill Lions Club invites the community to enjoy a memorable afternoon at its 4th annual High Tea on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at the Fonthill Legion. Doors open at 11:30 am and tea will be served at noon. This event has sold out every year within days. Guests are encouraged to secure tickets and tables as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
This cherished gathering brings together friends, neighbours and tea enthusiasts for an elegant and cheerful celebration. Guests often admire one another’s fascinators and creative hats which add a colourful and festive flair to the room. Previous media coverage has highlighted the warm atmosphere and remarkable community spirit that have made the High Tea a favourite seasonal tradition.
Guests will enjoy specialty sandwiches, scones with strawberry jam, tarts, squares and sweet treats. Hot tea will be served by members of the Fonthill Lions, continuing the tradition of thoughtful hospitality. Live classical background music will set a refined and relaxing tone throughout the afternoon. Table-side magic by Justin Dube will add a touch of whimsy as he moves from table to table with delightful interactive tricks for guests.
The event will also feature raffle prizes, a 50/50 draw, a door prize and a few additional surprises.
Assigned seating is provided for comfort. Guests requiring accessible seating are encouraged to advise organizers in advance.
